Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 Business Days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-5 Days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 Business Days using USPS/DHL. Calculated Shipping rates apply to all orders. We do not ship outside of The United States for physical products at this time.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping rates are calculated based on the service, carrier, products and destination.

We currently ship to the US with USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx.

Total shipping costs are also calculated per item. 

Delivery Times:

All orders shipped will have a delivery time of 2-5 Days*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery for Physical Products Ony, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thatsawrapforyou0@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
